1. Number reservation is subject to number availability
2. Reserved number should be retrieved after 30 days of Zain's official launch in Ghana. Zain reserves the right to recycle any reserved number not redeemed after this period

Data protection

1. Zain Communications (Ghana) Limited agrees to treat any personal data relating to this pre-registration exercise confidential.
2. In particular, Zain will not use any such data other than in connection with and to the extent necessary for the purposes of this pre-registration exercise".
